How can I return or exchange products?
You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be in original condition, unused and undamaged. Click here for more infos.


Can I edit my order?
Unfortunately not. After placing your order you cannot modify anything as our team will process your order right away.


A product is sold out, what can I do?
Our collections are limited editions which means they won't be re-stocked once they're sold out. If there's an ongoing demand for products that are sold out, we might consider a re-stock.


How much do I have to pay for shipping and when will I receive my order?
We'll cover the shipping fees for all orders above CHF 100. Otherwise we offer two different shipping options ranging between CHF 7.99 and CHF 9.99.


Where can I track my order?
As soon as we've handed your order to the Swiss Post you'll receive an email with the tracking information.


In what countries do you deliver?
Currently we only deliver within Switzerland.


Can I pick up my order in a physical store?
Unfortunately not as of now.


What's my size?
There's a size chart in every product description.
